Important: ClinBridge Health is a clinical reference and training tool for registered healthcare professionals. It is not a substitute for professional clinical judgement, prescribing guidance, or current organisational medication policies. By using this platform, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ClinBridge Med-Guide platform ("the Platform") at clinbridge-medguide.co.uk or the marketing website at clinbridgehealth.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the Terms as updated from time to time.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ClinBridge Health Ltd ("ClinBridge", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.
2. About the Service
ClinBridge Med-Guide is a subscription-based digital medication reference platform designed for use by healthcare staff in UK care home and nursing home settings. The Platform provides:
- A searchable medication reference library covering 559+ medications, referenced against the British National Formulary (BNF), NICE guidelines, and MHRA safety alerts
- Colour-coded risk classification (Green, Amber, Red) to guide administration vigilance
- Clinical quick-filter categories for targeted browsing
- An AI Clinical Assistant (Tier 3 subscription only) for clinical reference queries
- Staff learning packs and CPD reference resources
The Platform is provided as a clinical reference and education tool for registered healthcare professionals. It does not constitute a prescribing system, electronic patient record, clinical decision support system, or electronic prescribing and medicines administration (EPMA) platform.
3. Clinical Disclaimer
This is the most important section of these Terms. Please read carefully.
The information provided on the ClinBridge Platform is intended for reference and training purposes only. It is written to support the understanding of healthcare staff and does not replace:
- Current prescribing policies adopted by your employer or care organisation
- Professional clinical judgement by a qualified prescriber, pharmacist, or registered nurse
- The current edition of the British National Formulary (BNF) or BNF for Children
- NICE clinical guidelines applicable to the individual patient or resident
- MHRA drug safety updates and alerts
- Your organisation's medicines management policy and standard operating procedures
ClinBridge Health makes every reasonable effort to ensure that medication information is accurate, current, and aligned with BNF, NICE, and MHRA guidance at the time of publication. However, clinical guidance evolves and individual circumstances vary. You must always verify information against current authoritative sources before clinical action.
ClinBridge Health Ltd accepts no liability for any clinical decisions, medication errors, adverse events, or patient harm arising directly or indirectly from reliance on information contained in the Platform.
The Platform is not a medical device as defined under the UK Medical Device Regulations 2002 (as amended) and is not registered with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) as a medical device.

The Platform is intended for use by:
- Healthcare assistants, senior healthcare assistants, and nursing assistants employed in registered UK care home or nursing home settings
- Registered nurses and nurse associates working in care home settings

5. Accounts
5.1 Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if it changes.
5.2 Account Security
